handcrafted uniqueness.
- Sizes are approximate and may vary by 1–3 mm.
- Resin products may show natural bubbles, patterns, and minor imperfections due to handcrafted
processing.
3. Orders
- Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
- Custom/personalized items (name plates, trays, gift hampers, platters) cannot be canceled or
returned.
- We may accept or reject orders depending on availability and information accuracy.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices shown are final and may include/exclude taxes as applicable.
- Prices may change anytime without prior notice.
- Full payment is required before dispatch for custom products.
- We are not responsible for payment failures due to bank or technical issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier, weather, or operational issues.

- Handmade/custom products may require 3–7 working days before dispatch.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
6.1 Eligible Returns
- Return/replacement is accepted ONLY if:
- The product is damaged, broken, or incorrect.
- You provide a full unboxing video (from start to end, uncut) within
24 hours of delivery.
6.2 Not Eligible for Return
- Custom/personalized orders.
- Minor resin bubbles, texture variations, or small imperfections due to handmade nature.
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or exposure to heat/chemicals.
6.3 Refund & Replacement Process
- After verifying your unboxing video, we will approve a replacement or refund.
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Item must be returned in unused and original condition (if replacement is applicable).
7. Liability Limitations
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platforms due to technical issues.
